Why are your prices higher in Kona than in Hilo? Why are your prices MUCH (30%) higher than the mainland? Kona always has staffing issues, inconsistent food quality, and they close the restaurant frequently, except for the drive thru.

How long does it take to complete an order. Been sitting in drive thru for 15 minutes not able to reverse out cause it takes so long!

They Take way to long. The average wait is at least 20 min. It is incredible! They dont have to be busy and the wait is 20 min. I have watched they dont care. They dont care about the food, if the place is a mess they dont clean it up,. They don't care about the customer. Thia Taco Bell really sucks
