Love it there! Friendly attentive staff and very excellent food

Service is good with nice people however the water had a bug, scrambled eggs and pancakes undercooked, hash browns tasted gooey in middle, and small portions for the price. Denny’s is better here, ihop is better on mainland.

The food was tasty and the service was good. There was no wait for seating at the time, Wednesday 9:30 a.m.. We were able to get in and out quickly to make it to a 10:30 appointment. The location is very convenient for those walking around shopping and guests of nearby hotels.

Service was horribly slow. Took 30 minutes to get our drinks after we ordered them. Another 30 minutes for them to take our actual orders. Food came in three parts, took yet another 30 minutes to get the second portion and 10 for the third. Almost made us late for our flight home. Food was average. I definitely do not reccomend coming here if you're short on time.

Always a great spot for breakfast with hot coffee, regular or decaf. Time for food prep is decent and good seating while waiting for food to cook. Would visit again.

Great waitress they fast, open, and the best serve we ever had, you guys need more like your waitress, we enjoy our foods n no problem, anything you like they help you..man AWESOME!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

The curbside appearance if this place does not do it justice. Inside is a great place to eat! We ordered the chicken waffle, with bacon and cheese, as well as the Colorado omelette and we were impressed with the quality and quantity of both. The manager was very conscientious and brought us hazelnut iced coffee which wasn't even on the menu. This was the best IHOP we have ever been to. We will definitely be eating at this place again!

Food was ok. It's IHOP. Wasn't expecting ruth chris... That being said the water is terrible. Chalky. Gritty just undrinkable. Almost everything in the menu is made with that water. You can taste it.

Quiet. Relaxing.food was great. Actually tasted fresh lol. Complete opposite of dennys lmmfao!

Weve been here before and service has been great. Today we went back we didnt recieve drinks for about 25 minutes. Finally recieved food and we were missing items. Food was cold. Paid at the front and the server didnt have change so she have it to me in nickels from a change jar. Not so great IHOP. Step it up.

Well its an iHop, soo lets just start there. But, the server was honest the food time would be a little long. And it was a good mental note to be patient. Food was typical pancake house nothing crazy special, but filling.

Very friendly staff, and after a week of continental breakfasts courtesy of Hilton a scramble with 'taters was really good.

The best breakfast of course is IHOP. The hash browns are seasoned just right, the bacon is the right thickness, the eggs are not dry and they are fluffy. The pancakes are nice and thick and they got a variety of syrups one can pour on it. Lots of variety and lots of room to customize. The best part is the coffee. Although they can be a little faster on the refills. However they are always busy which is fine. So its passable. What makes the coffee great is the fact that they have vanilla creamer! On weekend mornings it is extremely busy so make sure you have a table reserved.

Quick service, good food. Very friendly staff. I would have breakfast there every day except that they're in Hawaii and I'm in Michigan.

There was a waitress out so the manger had to take our order and was "surly" and messed it up, but thankfully Mesina stepped up even if it wasn't her job. She was Great, they better keep that Jem😊. So while the service wasn't up to their normal high standards (stuff happens) the food was good, as a local it's a good place to eat.

The service at this IHOP location is very slow. Our server tried her best, but the food took a long time to arrive despite there not being many customers. The temperature in the restaurant is very cold so be sure to bring a long sleeved shirt. My French toast was burnt and cold. The pancakes were good. Unlike other locations, the whipped cream was not freshly whipped.

We quit going here for many reasons after a year we gave it another try. I'm sad to say portions are small for the price. Denny's is better. Sorry IHOP

Unless you have all the time to spare and not hungry, this is not your place. It took 20 minutes to get drink order another 20 minutes for the server to show up and took order, and 45 minutes before food arrived. The worst IHOP ever experienced.

We had not been to IHOP since last year. The service was 100% better than the last time. Our meals were prompt and tasted 'ono'. (Delicious in Hawaiian)

Tipical American food! Breakfast, lunch and dinner Service was okay, same main as the mainland coffee is delicious it's local grown KONA coffee. Great view. Restaurant and restrooms are clean you will be surprised of how expensive is. 3X more than a regular I hope on mainland. Just a cup of coffee is $4.00 approx.Expect from $35.00 to $50.00 per person on a regular lunch meal. Definitely over price.

Establishment that consistently serves good food + great service. Dining environment ruined from the poor circulation. The entire restaurant smells of kitchen grease.

This IHOP is like any other. I like that they have many gluten free options now. Would be even better if they offered a vegan option. One thing that I have always liked is their coffee.

Each person's experience is personal and subjective. I like the fact that I am greeted by an older gentleman and there is a family atmosphere. The servers are busy running around to serve the customers, different ones came and ask whether we have enough drinks or a refill. I ordered the smokehouse combo and wanted plain omelette for my style of eggs which they do it for me specially.

Food was pretty good.Had a side of pancakes, but they were undercooked and had raw batter inside. Somewhat disappointing for a place that specializes in pancakes.

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Overpriced food, took almost an hour to bring out. My kids were so excited about the funny face pancake and it came out looking NOTHING like the picture, or a face for that matter (see picture). Servers never came around, had to get up to ask for water, utensils, Tabasco, etc. Bummer.

The seasonal brioche strawberry & orange French toast is phenomenal. Food and service was both prompt and amazing.Edit: Just as good as yesterday with different staff.

We were a party of 12 and the wait was long which was expected. It took forever to get our food. My wife was pregnant and she was the last one to get food. And the chocolate chip pancakes were undercooked and doughy. The service was nice and the rest of the food was DELICIOUS!!!

Nice new IHOP location with breakfast, lunch and dinner all day available. The food was excellent, fresh and hot upon arrival to the table. Coffee, juices and drinks as you wish. Staff was great and the bill was common local prices, really not to expensive. Many booths inside and a bar seating area, parking is readily available outside. Enjoy and Aloha

Me and My BF went here after church and the host seated us right away. The server was awesome and fast. I enjoyed the Hawaiian breakfast and my BF ate the French Toast breakfast. The place was clean and the booths were comfortable. They serve coconut syrup if you ask and not many places do that. I definitely would come back again.

First time visiting Hawaii, second day we were looking for something to eat, we saw IHOP and wanted something simple, a salad for her steak sandwich for me, it was just what we wanted and Kevin and Lucy made us feel welcome. We enjoyed the meal and the service.
